3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Customers must notify us in writing via email (rapiconinfra@gmail.com) or registered post to initiate a cancellation.
• Cancellations are reviewed case-by-case depending on project stage:
• After booking — 5% of project value (as per quotation) deducted.
• After contract handover but before resource mobilization — 7% of project value deducted.
• After resource mobilization but before work start — 10% of project value deducted.
• After project commencement — as per signed contract terms.
• Taxes are not included in deductions and are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days of mutual agreement.
• Completed architectural or structural designs, surveys, or soil tests will be delivered to the customer if paid for.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments for our services are processed securely via Razorpay.
• By making a payment, you agree to our Terms, Privacy, and Refund policies.
• All transactions are in INR (Indian Rupees).
