These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our mobile applications published on the Google Play Store, along with our services. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Use of Website and Mobile Application

You agree not to misuse our website or mobile application or interfere with their normal operation. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or any activity that may harm the application, website, or services.

2. Services

Rapicon Infrastructure LLP provides services connecting customers with construction-related professionals, project resources, and consultation services. Service availability may vary based on project requirements and location.

3. Pricing and User Responsibility

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary depending on project specifications. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials available on our website and mobile application are the intellectual property of Rapicon Infrastructure LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are processed securely through PhonePe or other authorized payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not store card or UPI credentials on our systems.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rapicon Infrastructure LLP strives to maintain transparency in all transactions. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to rapiconinfra@gmail.com or by registered post. Refunds and deductions are applied based on the project stage as follows:

• After booking — 5% of project value (as per quotation) deducted
• After contract handover but before resource mobilization — 7% deducted
• After resource mobilization but before work commencement — 10% deducted
• After project commencement — as per signed contract terms

Taxes are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of mutual agreement. Completed architectural or structural designs, surveys, or soil tests paid for by the customer will be delivered even if cancellation occurs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rapicon Infrastructure LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, mobile application, or services, except as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or mobile application after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
