Kalyan Mart
A large retail and entertainment building with four anchor stores, a play zone and a five-screen multiplex.
Super Corridor Bridge
The first six-lane railway overbridge in Madhya Pradesh. Our director supervised the main railway girder casting and launching.
Air pollution control units
A CSR project of Avantika Gas Limited with Indore Nagar Nigam. Units were installed at 12 major locations across the city.
ARK Flour Mill
Started with an 18-month target during COVID. Four buildings: main building, warehouse and two silos.
RRCAT Auditorium
Delivered as a turnkey project, from drawing and layout selection to the finished auditorium.
Park Heights
Premium 1BHK apartments delivered as a turnkey project.
Park Green
A plotting project of 800, 1,000 and 1,200 sq ft plots, completed within the 18-month target.
Park Villa and Phase 2
Garden-facing row houses in 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. Phase 2 followed because of high demand.
Park Grand
Row houses on 600 and 750 sq ft plots in 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK, with commercial shops on the other side of the project.
